Planning your project
Call us or submit the project form. We’ll arrange a visit to review your space, the concrete’s condition, and flooring options. We don’t price the project on the spot; we email your quote within a day or two. Reply by text with ACCEPT, LATER, or NO THANKS. Once you accept, we’ll coordinate installation and finalize your color selection.
Yes. Share photos of your space and the colors or styles you like. We’ll discuss a palette that works with the room and use the sample-board process to explore the design.
Plan to clear the work area of vehicles, furniture, stored items, and equipment before the scheduled installation. We’ll review access and any project-specific preparation with you beforehand. If moving something will be difficult, let us know during the estimate so we can discuss it.
Installation & curing
Cure times vary by system and conditions. Follow the project-specific return-to-use instructions provided by our team.
Typically 2–5 days, depending on the size of the project.
Allow 24 hours after completion before walking on the floor.
Allow 2 days after completion before moving light items back onto the floor.
Allow 3–4 days after completion before parking on the floor. For heavy furniture or equipment, follow the project-specific instructions provided by our team.
Design & preparation
Every metallic floor is unique. Once we understand your preferred colors and style, we can create a test board to explore the look. A sample is not an exact representation of the finished floor: the slope and contours of your concrete affect the final pattern.
Yes. Your first sample board is free. Additional sample boards are $100 each.
We do not remove trim. If removal is needed, we’ll let you know during the quoting process. You are responsible for arranging that work.
We cut and fill cracks in the concrete. Cracks are not covered under warranty because future movement of the concrete can cause them to reopen.
Yes. Control joints are filled to create a continuous-looking floor and carry the metallic color pattern across the space.
Yes. The heating system needs to be turned off just before installation (approximately 2–3 hours) to help prevent bubbles as the coating cures. We’ll confirm the heating schedule for your selected system.
Cleaning & care
Use a mop or squeegee, or hose down the floor where the space allows. A light degreaser can help with stubborn spots. Do not use solvents. Place plows and snow blowers on cardboard or a floor mat rather than directly on the coating.
The coating resists the chemical effects of road salt. Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove dried salt, sand, dirt, and other debris, which can abrade, scratch, or dull the topcoat.
Do not drag or drop heavy objects on the floor. Avoid contact with acids, including battery acid. Do not use solvents or alcohol-based cleaners, and do not wax the floor.
